Pre-Production Containment
SOP (Start of Production) of a new part carries a high risk of non conforming parts being produced. In order to assure that no non conforming parts reach the customer, Pre-Production Containment is carried out.
We provide expertise, supervision, analyses and regular reports.
For Containment, Sorting and Rework we:-
- Provide suitable Inspectors and Supervision
- Carry out certificated Training to the inspectors
- Design and set up inspection area
- Design Inspection procedure, instructions and, record sheets
- Design and carry out appropriate communication
- Data Analysis and feedback to client
