Introduction to Quality Systems

TRAINING COURSE RESUMÉ
This course is an introduction to the ISO/TS16949 / QS9000 Quality Systems Requirements and is meant to enhance the candidate's awareness of what the requirements are, those that are critical, important and those that can be given a lesser importance as applicable to their specific situation.
The relationship between ISO/TS16949 / QS9000, SQIP, APQP and PPAP are explained.

This course is well laced with actual experience and each requirement is discussed in varying degrees.

On completing this course the candidate will be familiar with the ISO/TS16949 / QS9000 requirements and should be able to apply the newly acquired knowledge to practical use in the real environment.
